CONTEXT
Companies who have an annual pay bill in of £3 million + are entitled to spend a portion (up to 0.5%) of that on apprenticeship training. Employers wanted more control on how the money is spent and to have access to this digitally.

GOALS
We defined and released an MVP for the Manage Apprenticeship service which enabled employers to create an account, view the balance of their Levy (the funds available to them for apprenticeship training) and apply for schemes spend their levy on training.

PROCESS FLOW
The process flow was created to help define the MVP, understand the current functionality and access gaps in service which were added to the backlog and prioritised. The backlog items were estimated and analysed and enabled us to set a deadline for the service to go live.
